Board of Education Appoints New Tootin' Hills Principal

New principal will take over on July 1

On February 26, 2013, the Simsbury Board of Education appointed Mr. Kevin Cazzetta to the position of principal at Tootin’ Hills Elementary School commencing July 1, 2013.  Mr. Cazzetta will replace current principal, Ron Perrault, who will be retiring June 30, 2013. 

Mr. Cazzetta has served as Assistant Principal for Green’s Farms Elementary School in Westport, Connecticut for the past five years.  Previously he worked for the Simsbury Public Schools as an Elementary Resource Specialist for two years and as an elementary classroom teacher for eleven years.   Mr. Cazzetta received his Bachelor of Arts from University of Connecticut, his Masters in Curriculum and Instruction from University of St. Joseph, and his Sixth Year in Educational Administration from University of Connecticut.
