FREE CHINESE CONVERSATION CLASS (MANDARIN)

Yunan Jiang, native-born Chinese teacher and local businesswoman, will lead a Conversational Chinese classes Thursday evenings from 7-8 p.m. in the Friends Cafe, upper level of the Library. The class is open to all ages and ability levels, from very basic to advanced Mandarin.

Yunan Jiang has 30 years of experience teaching Mandarin, Cantonese and Japanese. She has been an interpreter, translator and speech instructor for major international organizations such as Tokyo Disneyland, Fujitsu and Japan Energy. She received her BA from Sun Yat -sen University and her graduate degree from Tokyo University. She is also the owner and creative genius of Yunan's Accents in Simsbury, an Interior Design Studio.
