The Cobb School, Montessori in Simsbury invites the public to its 14th Annual Country Fair! Come enjoy an afternoon of making crafts and tasting treats on The Cobb School grounds. Children can purchase 50cent tickets to participate in crafting at various booths, from woodworking to tie-dyeing. The Cobb School Country Fair is designed with the Montessori spirit in mind, with natural materials, such as spices and flowers, and many activities to choose from, all child-centered and child-led.
Although our Country Fair is held outdoors on a lovely autumn day, curious guests may request a tour of the inside of the classrooms. Please feel welcome to schedule a tour during the Fair by calling Sallie Ann Jacobs at 860-658-1144 ext. 107 or stopping by the ticket table and asking a friendly Cobb School staff member to point you toward an admissions associate.
The Country Fair will be held Saturday, October 15 from 1:00 to 4:00pm at 112 Sand Hill Road in Simsbury. The rain date is October 16, but we’re ordering sunshine for Saturday! We hope to see you there!
