Simsbury Camera Club Presents High Dynamic Range: A Dramatic New Technique for Improving Your Digital Images

In this tenth in a series of ten free seminars, Nathan Gutman and Bruce Metzger of the Simsbury Camera Club will discuss High Dynamic Range (HDR), a technique that extends the digital camera's ability to capture the brightest and darkest colors of a subject in a manner more consistent with the sensitivity of the human eye. Concepts of HDR, techniques for acquiring images for processing, and a demonstration of free and purchased software for producing HDR images will be covered. The skills presented in this seminar will allow attendees to make a dramatic improvement in their photography.
