The Simsbury Crew team is off to a great start after the first race of the season

Simsbury Crew opened its spring rowing season on Saturday, April 14, at the Simsbury/Tabor Invitational at Lake Quinsigamond, in Worcester, Massachusetts.

Simsbury’s Third Varsity Girls finished first, while the first and Second Varsity Girls finished a very close second place, only tenths of a second behind the top finishers.
Simsbury’s First and Second Varsity Boys finished third and fourth, respectively, out of a field of six teams. Third and Fourth Varisty Boys both finished in second place. Simsbury competed against Saint Johns, Boston Latin, Tabor, East Lyme, Stonington, and Shrewsbury.
