FREE Beginner Pilates Class

  • Join us for an Introduction to Pilates!  We will go through each excercise focusing on proper execution,  making sure you get the most out of your practice, and really focus on strengthening your core!
  • Pilates builds your core (abs and glutes) from deep within, and lenghtens the spine and limbs, creating a longer, leaner, stronger body.  It has been shown to greatly assist other forms of movement.
  • Familiarize yourself with our beautiful space in Tarriffville's historical mill building, we also offer Yoga, Acupuncture, Massage, Thai Massage, Reiki, and Naturopathic Medicine.
