It's official! Attilio's Family Restaurant now open

On Wednesday, March 12, 2014, members of the Simsbury Chamber of Commerce and town officials officially welcomed Attilio's Family Restaurant to the center of Simsbury with a lighthearted ribbon cutting.

Chamber Executive Director Charity Folk and First Selectman Mary Glassman made opening remarks and welcomed chef Attilio Ceneviva, his wife Catherine, and owners Gabriel and Ryan Kreiger and Sean Allen to the their new downtown location situated next to the Maple Tree Café.

Attilio's Family Restaurant, originally located at the Simsbury Farm Golf Course, and most recently located in the north end of Hopmeadow Street, relocated to the their new location once occupied by Apollo's Pasta and Pizza.

Guests marveled at the redesign of the interior of the restaurant to include a tin ceiling and beautiful new hardwood floors.  The open seating plan invites small to large groups with ease.

Attilio Ceneviva hung the old Apollo's Pizza sign behind the new bar as a nod to the long history of Apollo's at the same location.

As guests sampled delicious pies, families and individuals started wandering in for dinner and take out.  Attilio's offers pizza, wings, burgers salads and delicious entrees.  You can dine in or order takeout with free delivery.

Open 7 days a week, from 11a to 9pm, make it a point to stop by for a meal at Attilio's Family Restaurant and say "welcome" to the staff.
