On November 13, 2013, the Simsbury Chamber of Commerce sponsored an educational program at Hop Meadow Country Club titled "Health Care Rescue" with speaker Bruce Barth, attorney with Robinson Cole.   Barth presented the newest information on the Affordable Care Act followed by questions and answers.
