Lights, Camera, Action! for SCOC members

At today's monthly morning networking event, members of the Simsbury Chamber of Commerce got to try out their 30 second infomercial on the set of Simsbury Community Television (SCTV).

SCTV Board and staff welcomed Simsbury Chamber members and spoke about Simsbury's public access stations that cover local, educational and governmental programming.

As a non-profit volunteer organization, board members Dominique Avery and Wooda McNiven talked about the importance of SCTV programming for the community and the need to support this important Simsbury asset.

Chamber members were invited to make a public service video for SCTV and to try out their own business introductions while "on camera".  Charity Folk, Executive Director, became camerawoman for the day providing cues for each introduction.
