ArtWalk Simsbury Celebrates Local Art

Approximately 80 artists set up shop along Hopmeadow Street in downtown Simsbury on Saturday for the first-ever ArtWalk Simsbury event.

ArtWalk Simsbury is a celebration of local arts coordinated by State Representative Linda Schofield to benefit the A Better Chance program in Simsbury.

Schofield collaborated with the Simsbury Chamber of Commerce, Farmington Valley Visitors Association, Simsbury Open Studios, Simsbury Main Street Partnership, Martocchio Music, community volunteers, and other local organizations.

Participating artists agreed to donate a portion of the proceeds from the event to the ABC program.
