Jim Calhoun Ride/Walk Draws Enthusiastic Participants

Organizers say $1 million have been raised over the five years of the event.

The fifth annual NBC Connecticut Jim Calhoun Ride/Walk took place at the Performing Arts Center at Simbury Meadows on Saturday. The event raised funds for the Carole and Ray Neag Comprehensive Cancer Center at the UConn Health Center in Farmington, and Coaches vs. Cancer, an American Cancer Society program.
