Land Trust Holds its Annual Dinner
Event recognizes the work of the trust and its members.
The held its annual membership dinner at the Riverview on Thursday night. More than 150 guests celebrated the continuing success of the organization that preserves natural and farmlands in Simsbury for the community and its future generations.
During the event, Herman Fonteyne, a land trust director and benefactor, recognized friends of the land trust Steve and Beth Ballentine and Tim and Sheryl Ruark for their contributions and work with the organization.
Rick and Carole Wagner were also honored as life members, joining Rick Wagner's mother Lina Wagner among the dozen members who have been so honored by the land trust.
