Nice to see so few restaurants with a poor rating - looks like only Avon Indian Grill, Feng (Canton)Read More and Max-a-Mia are "poor" from a food safety standpoint.

this is a great jewelry store with an awesome, helpful sales team. I Highly recommend it!

A classic PR ploy. Like the bruised ego athlete who wants to test the waters of free agency, theyRead More are "actively considering offers from other states'. (I bet in the back of their minds, they're hoping Malloy will throw some $$$$ their way. Won't happen, but it would fun if he did just to see how "principled" they are.) 40 employees and they're all on board with the move? Right. Check back in a year. They'll still be in Bristol.

Remember it doesn't take much to convince a CT manufacturer to leave the state. These guys notRead More only are taking a principled stand ("shall not be infringed" US Constituion and "Every citizen has a right to bear arms in defense of himself and the state" CT Constitution) but will lower their direct costs and taxes in another state. So today it is gun manufacturers the original source of much of CT's industrial heritage, but it includes any other manufacturer that needs to ship goods, get environmental permits, have a flexible and competitive workforce, etc.

Does this take into account the people - like me - who have run out of unemployment benefits or haveRead More given up trying to find a job and have stopped filing for benefits? It's misleading to just use the amount of people still collecting to determine unemployment figures as a lot of us are still out of work but also out of the system.

Gamestop did announce back in February that they were closing 250 under-performing stores. I amRead More surprised that this location fell into that grouping as there were always people in there. I've been shopping in that store for at least 10 years. No way I am traveling all the way to West Farms.

It doesn't surprise me. This is the same administration who is running out of tax money but insistRead More on putting corner stones on the main roads and painting a line down the center of the greenway. Both of which are not cheap.
