Rachael Newman
Rachael Newman is a graduate of Central Connecticut State University and recieved her bachelor's of science in Secondary English Education in 2009. While attending CCSU, she was the co-editor of The Helix, Central's literary magazine.
Rachael balances an eceletic mix of jobs and is currently working as a Theraputic Recreation Director at the Alzheimer's Resource Center of CT, a substitute teacher, and an English tutor. She is also an adventure camp counselor during the summer months, and leads groups of teenagers through the mountains of Washington, Colorado and Oregon state. In her free time, Rachael loves to backpack, travel (domestically and internationally), attend local shows, knit, write, and spend time with the ones she loves most.
