Farm to Table Dinner featuring Winvian

On Wednesday, September 4th, enjoy an open air, farm dinner

featuring local organic produce. Guests will experience the fine culinary

creations of Chris Eddy, executive chef at Winvian, a Relais & Chateaux resort and restaurant in Litchfield,
who delights in creating farm-to-table menus using fresh, seasonal fare and
"unusual findings" from the garden."

When guests first arrive at the farm at 6:30 p.m., they can

expect to enjoy touring the gardens, visiting with the animals, and listening

to live music.  A cash bar for beer and
wine purchase will also be available. 

Once seated, dinner will begin promptly at 7:00 p.m. and last until 9

p.m.  An appetizer, entrée, and dessert

will be included, accompanied by locally sourced beverages.  Tickets are $85 per person. For more

Proceeds will support the charitable mission of the farm to
